The opportunity
This is a senior, high-impact role for an experienced Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) Finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of Finance, Technology, governance and transformation. You'll be the trusted SME for JDE Finance, ensuring strong controls and stability today while shaping continuous improvement and the ERP roadmap.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the primary JDE Finance SME and trusted advisor to Finance stakeholders
- Lead governance across master data, security controls, user access management and segregation of duties
- Drive User Access Reviews, audit remediation and ongoing compliance activities
- Provide Level 3 support for critical JDE Finance issues to ensure continuity and stability
- Lead solution design, requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with technology teams, vendors and offshore support to deliver continuous improvement
- Support the JDE ERP roadmap across design, optimisation, testing and deployment
- Maintain governance frameworks, controls, documentation and workflows
Candidate requirements
- 5+ years' experience supporting JDE Finance in complex enterprise environments (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
- Proven capability across governance and controls, including user access management, segregation of duties, IT controls, and audit/compliance frameworks
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and influence stakeholders across Finance and Technology
- Exposure to JDE upgrade or transformation programmes
- CPA/CA and/or Oracle JDE certifications highly regarded
