We are looking for an experienced Joiner (or anyone with joinery experience) to join our awesome Client based in Central Tauranga. This is an excellent opportunity to work full time in a busy factory. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality carpentry and cabinet-making, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture and finish joinery with timber doors

• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications accurately

• Measure, mark, cut and shape timber and composite materials confidently using hand and power tools

• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to site safety protocols and regulations

• Collaborate effectively with the factory team

• Ensure all work meets client specifications and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Proven joinery experience in the trade, with a minimum of 12 months exp

• Advanced proficiency with hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery

• Strong knowledge of timber types, materials and finishing techniques

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive attitude towards health and safety practices on site
