We are seeking a Lead Engineer in Professional Services to lead complex client implementations from solution design through deployment and handoff. You will guide delivery teams, own technical quality, and partner with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes—apply to help deliver reliable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to capture client requirements, constraints, and success criteria
- Design solutions that meet architecture, security, performance, and scalability expectations
- Implement Java-based solutions to meet agreed delivery outcomes
- Own technical delivery by defining plans, estimates, milestones, and risk controls
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients during implementation and stabilization
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support to resolve defects and escalate delivery risks
- Mentor consultants and engineers through guidance, code reviews, and delivery best practices
- Create documentation, runbooks, implementation plans, and handoff materials
- Support pre-sales by contributing to scoping, technical proposals, and discovery workshops
Requirements
- 5+ years of Java experience
- 5+ years of professional services or client-facing delivery experience
- Proven leadership experience guiding engineers and consultants
- Strong project delivery skills across planning, estimates, milestones, and risk management
- Strong solution design skills with focus on architecture, security, performance, and scalability
- Strong client communication skills for technical discovery and delivery alignment
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
