About NBS

We’re a full banking service provider, dedicated to understanding our clients’ needs and delivering a superior level of service. We make banking easy for individuals, families, businesses and community-focused organisations, and we work together to support their growth and success.

We build long-term, personal relationships. Every client is more than a number to us. It’s why clients stay with us year after year, and why we have multi-generational families who bank with us.

Unlike the big banks, we’re a mutual society. We’re owned by our clients, not shareholders, so we invest our profits back into the business and into the communities we serve. Over the last 10 years we’ve invested over $8 million in hundreds of charities and community organisations in our regions.
