The Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Senior Software & Solution Architect to own the technical customer journey, from pre-sales discovery and solution design through integration, production launch and ongoing technical partnership. Alongside your work with customers, you will design and own the architecture of at least one Bridgewise product. This is a highly customer-facing role connecting enterprise customers with Bridgewise technology teams.

• 7+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, cloud architecture or enterprise integration, including at least 2 years of proven experience as a software architect
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, including ownership of complex enterprise integrations from pre-sales to production
• Experience designing highly distributed microservices architectures for high-scale, low-latency systems
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB) and event streaming platforms such as Kafka
• Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SaaS, AWS/cloud, networking, security and authentication (SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
• Excellent communication, presentation, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills; strong ownership and ability to handle multiple priorities
  Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; fluent English and willingness to travel internationally
