Ethnic Wear Designer – Value Retail
Looking for a creative and commercially driven Ethnic Wear Designer with 1–3 years of experience in women’s ethnic/value retail.
Develop seasonal collections across kurtas, kurtis, dresses, co-ords, SKD and ethnic bottoms.
Strong understanding of Indian ethnic silhouettes, prints, embroideries, colours, fabrics and garment details.
Conduct trend, market and competitor research to develop relevant and commercially viable designs.
Create mood boards, colour stories, print/embroidery concepts and technical/flat sketches.
Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, sampling and production teams from concept to final product.
Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & AI softwares with a strong eye for detail, colour and commercial fashion.

Required Experience: 1 - 3 years
