Our strength lies in our combined expertise across consulting, plant operations and maintenance, and nationally recognised operator training, all delivered by a team that values continuous learning, collaboration, and integrity. You’ll find a supportive environment here, where your professional growth is encouraged as you contribute to tangible environmental solutions.
This Water/Wastewater Engineer role is crucial for delivering the high-quality, professional engineering services our clients depend on.
You'll be diving into a range of responsibilities, from preparing detailed technical reports and undertaking engineering designs, to managing small plant upgrade projects including plant operation assessment, conducting site inspections and monitoring plant operations and conducting commissioning.
To succeed, you'll need your qualifications in chemical, process or environmental engineering, preferably as a Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland (RPEQ) or be eligible for registration, along with proven experience in water/wastewater engineering.

Learn quickly and grasp complex technical information with ease.
Are an effective communicator, able to explain intricate details clearly.

Prefer a focused environment where you can concentrate on one task at a time.
Excel when given autonomy and control over your work.
Are comfortable working independently and value deep work.
Can confidently lead when needed, but also contribute effectively as part of a team.
Approach decisions with a methodical pace and strong time management.
You’ll have the chance to see your engineering solutions make a real impact, backed by a company committed to your professional development and to advancing sustainable water management practices.
If you’re ready to contribute your engineering skills to a respected team, we’d be very interested to hear from you. Please apply with your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.”
