Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
•
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
•
Handle inquiries from clients and provide necessary information.
•
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and accounts for order execution.
•
Track and follow up on leads, ensuring timely responses.
•
Support sales representatives in scheduling meetings and maintaining communication with clients.
•
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
•
Manage documentation and ensure proper filing of sales-related records.
•
Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
•
Handle post-sales support, including follow-ups on payments and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, or a related field.
•
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
•
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
•
Experience in the water park or amusement industry is an added advantage.
