About Position:

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer ? C++ with strong expertise in VC++, Windows application development, and object-oriented programming. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building high-performance desktop applications using C++, MFC, Win32 APIs, and Visual Studio. You will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining robust software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

What You'll Do:

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain Windows-based applications using C++ and VC++.
  • Develop and enhance desktop applications using MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes).
  • Create efficient, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using object-oriented programming principles.
  • Work extensively with Win32 APIs for system-level programming and application development.
  • Design and implement reusable code using Templates, STL, and modern C++ programming practices.
  • Develop multithreaded applications and implement synchronization mechanisms such as mutexes, condition variables, and atomic operations.
  • Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and overall system efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues related to memory management and application stability.
  • Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation guidelines.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver business-critical solutions.

 

Expertise You'll Bring:

 

  • 6?9 years of hands-on experience in C++ software development.
  • Strong expertise in C++, VC++, and Visual Studio development environments.
  • Experience developing desktop applications using MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes).
  • Deep understanding of Win32 APIs and Windows application architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Templates, and Standard Template Library (STL).
  • Hands-on experience with RAII, Smart Pointers, and modern C++ memory management techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of memory management concepts including heap, stack, object lifecycle, and debugging techniques.
  • Experience developing and maintaining multithreaded applications.
  • Strong knowledge of synchronization mechanisms including mutexes, atomic variables, and condition variables.
  • Experience in software debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
  • Familiarity with software design patterns and best development practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments will be an added advantage
