Purpose of the Role

The role will be responsible for ensuring the Engine assembly. Assembly Line production and managing Day to day Ops Activities.

Job Responsibility

1. Manage the production responsibilities:
Dimensional Management
Dimensional Variation Analysis
Good knowledge Engine build assembly process.
Good knowledge Engine test procedures.
Provide technical root cause analysis and issue resolutions.
Good working level competency in Manpower handling, manning, loading.

2. Management of Production as per requirements with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale:
Good knowledge of Engine assembly.
Provide technical root cause analysis and issue resolutions.
Managing day to day activities for Daily production target.
Monitor Safety, Quality and Delivery of operations within allotted cost.
Identify, estimate & allocate the resource pools manpower to different sub areas
Empowerment of team and team members to achieve superior results
Continuous improvements for betterment of operations
Safety: Ensuring safety and health standards are met and maintaining a safe environment for team
Communication: Communicating with upper management about problems or issues, and liaising with other departments
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

3. Dimensional Maturation and Build Integrity:
Knowledge of Engine failures and trouble shooting
Internal Stakeholder management
Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E/B. Tech with 5-10 years of experience
• Knowledge of MS Projects, MS-Excel
