- Coordinate the implementation of a P2P platform, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases
- Define deliverables, timelines, resources, and project priorities in collaboration with the Project Lead and relevant stakeholders
- Execute the project plan, monitor progress, identify delays, and escalate issues while ensuring corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
- Provide regular project reporting and communication to maintain alignment with business objectives, milestones, and timelines
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Support business process mapping and system design workshops
- Manage project risks related to security, resources, quality, and delivery, escalating issues to the Project Lead and proposing appropriate solutions
- Support the Change Manager with change management and user adoption activities
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful integration of the S2p solution with ERP systems and other related applications
- Ensure a smooth transition and user adoption of the new system
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within Procurement or Finance transformation projects
- Proven experience coordinating the implementation of solutions for Finance departments
- Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes, including purchasing, invoicing, and goods/services receipt
- Experience or good understanding of ERP integrations, such as SAP, Workday, or similar systems
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
