About the Role:
As an Associate Trainer, you will support the design and delivery of high-quality training programmes within your area of expertise.
You will provide participants with tailored support and guidance, helping them develop their skills and explore opportunities for progression into employment.
You will develop individualised training plans aligned with each participant’s career goals, while promoting and delivering NOW Group’s accredited training and skills programmes.
We are looking for Associate Trainers who are proficient in the following areas across Northern Ireland:
Creative Arts & Digital Technologies
Warehousing
Hospitality and Catering
Retail
Animation
Sports & Leisure
Essential Skills
