Pearce Brothers is a family owned and operated Auckland car group, run by Todd and Glenn Pearce for over 30 years. Our Corner yard sits on one of Penrose's busiest intersections, at Neilson and Church Street, and is also home to Morgan in New Zealand.

The yard
The Corner carries a bit of everything: work utes and flat decks, vans and minibuses, family SUVs, EVs, prestige 4x4s and American trucks, right through to brand new Morgans. Buyers range from tradies and business owners to families and enthusiasts, so no two days are the same.

The role
We're after a Sales Consultant to join Rion and the team. You'll look after customers from the first hello to handover, and our in-house Finance Manager takes care of finance and insurance, so you can focus on selling cars and looking after people.

• Greet customers, find out what they actually need and match them with the right vehicle

• Run test drives and appraise trade-ins

• Follow up enquiries from Trade Me, our website and phone

• Hand customers over to finance and make sure the deal runs smoothly through to delivery

• Keep in touch after the sale and build a referral base

• Help keep the yard and stock presentation sharp

Who we're looking for
Experience is a bonus, but it's not essential. We'll train the right person. What we care about:

• You're confident talking to anyone, whether that's a builder after a flat deck or a buyer spending six figures

• You actually like cars and want to learn about them

• You're hungry, reliable and turn up ready to work

• You can handle a busy yard and a steady flow of customers

• You're happy working weekends on a roster

• Full NZ driver's licence
