- serving beer, wine and cocktails
- taking orders and looking after tables
- running food and supporting smooth service
- keeping the bar and floor clean, stocked and ready
- working closely with the kitchen and wider FOH team
- providing friendly, attentive service
- following responsible service of alcohol requirements
They're looking for people who are:
- friendly, reliable and confident with customers
- calm and organised when it gets busy
- team-focused and willing to pitch in
- available evenings and weekends
