Position Overview Location: Colombia 100% Remote Employment Type: Full-time Contract: Long-term Colombian employment contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (EST) Holidays: U.S. holidays Work Environment: Small, international team of around 30 people across the U.S., Europe and Latin America Language: Fluent English (C1) Industry: Financial Services Venture Capital Equipment: Own equipment required Role Summary As Human Resources Associate, you will join a U.S.-based venture capital firm with a large investor community and a lean, international team. You will own the HR function end to end, from payroll and onboarding to employee relations, and you will support the people side of the firms regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for an experienced, highly organized HR professional who can work independently, handle confidential information with discretion, and thrives in a regulated, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage HR operations end to end for a team across the U.S., Europe and Latin America. Process and oversee payroll through ADP. Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, making sure every step is documented and completed on time. Handle employee relations, acting as the main point of contact for team members on HR matters. Support the people side of the firms SEC compliance program, including the annual compliance manual, employee certifications and quarterly reviews. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Partner with leadership on HR policies, processes and continuous improvement. Qualifications Solid experience in Human Resources, managing the HR function end to end. Hands-on experience with payroll, onboarding, offboarding and employee relations. Experience in a regulated industry, ideally financial services. Fluent English (C1), written and spoken. Strong organization, discretion and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with a small, international team. Nice to Have Experience with ADP. Experience supporting SEC or other regulatory compliance programs.
