Spa Receptionist – Luxury Day Spa (Experienced Front of House)

We are seeking an experienced, professional front-of-house receptionist to join our team at one of New Zealand’s leading luxury spa brands.

This is not an entry-level role.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, operates with maturity and accountability, and can confidently manage a busy, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This position is central to the daily operation of the spa. You will be responsible for managing client flow, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a seamless, polished experience from arrival through to departure.

This role suits someone who:

• Is naturally organised and composed under pressure

• Understands the importance of consistency and attention to detail

• Takes ownership of their role and works proactively

• Communicates clearly and confidently with both clients and team

Key Responsibilities

• Managing reservations and optimising daily schedules

• Welcoming and hosting clients with professionalism and confidence

• Coordinating closely with therapists to ensure smooth operations

• Maintaining a calm, organised and well-presented reception environment

• Handling client queries and resolving issues with discretion and care

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a front-facing customer service role (hospitality, premium retail, or wellness preferred)

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure

• Excellent communication and command of English (written and verbal)

• A high level of personal presentation and professionalism

• Reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic
