About the role
mORstaff is seeking experienced Anaesthetic Technicians to join our agency team on a flexible basis. We offer opportunities across Auckland and throughout New Zealand as demand arises, with the flexibility to choose from casual shifts, part-time opportunities and short-term block bookings depending on client requirements and your availability. Work in a variety of public and private healthcare settings, with opportunities in Auckland and regional locations.
Key responsibilities
Provide anaesthetic support across public and private hospitals and day-stay surgical units
Work independently and contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team
Deliver professional, reliable and adaptable patient care
Cover shifts across Auckland and regional locations throughout New Zealand as required
Support healthcare facilities where additional staffing is needed
About you
Current registration with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand and a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
Relevant experience working as an Anaesthetic Technician
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team
Professional, reliable and adaptable approach to patient care
Flexibility to cover shifts across Auckland and regional locations throughout New Zealand
Eligibility to work in New Zealand
Current New Zealand driver's licence and access to reliable transport may be beneficial for assignments requiring travel between locations
