We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded General Manager to lead Archibald & Shorter North Shore, representing Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo and Polestar.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to bring together great people, strong commercial performance and an exceptional experience for our customers. You’ll lead the overall performance of the North Shore business, working closely with our retail leadership team to turn business plans into action and deliver on our operational and profitability goals.

What you’ll be doing

This is a broad leadership role with the opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll:

Lead and motivate the North Shore team to deliver strong business performance.
Develop and deliver the annual business plan, setting clear short and long-term goals.
Build a highly engaged, high-performing culture where people are supported to succeed.
Drive continuous improvement across performance, people, culture and the customer experience.
Oversee sales performance, profitability, stock management and key operational measures.
Identify opportunities to strengthen customer retention, marketing and engagement.
Lead change initiatives that support the ongoing development of the business.
Champion health, safety, wellbeing and compliance across the dealership.

Proven senior-level business and leadership experience.
Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on delivering profitable results in the right way.

A genuine commitment to developing people and creating an environment where teams can perform at their best.
Automotive experience would be highly relevant for the role, but we are open to applications from all industries.
