TOOLSHED is looking for an Project Manager to coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion.
We are looking for an organized and proactive professional with experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment (not IT-related projects) who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify risks, and ensure that projects meet their objectives.
This is an on-site position in Prievidza, Slovakia.

Responsibilities

Planning, organizing, and overseeing metal parts manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinating production departments, engineering teams, and quality control to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Managing project resources, timelines, and costs while minimizing expenses without compromising quality.
Communicating with clients to clarify requirements, provide regular updates, and resolve issues.
Monitoring technical progress, identifying risks, and developing corrective actions.
Maintaining project documentation and reporting project status to management.
Optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing measures to improve operational efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and health and safety standards.
