Job Description

Job Summary:As a Senior Associate - Business Solutions, you will play a key role in developing and implementing business solutions that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needsConduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practicesDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teamsDesign and deliver business solutions, including process improvements, technology implementations, and change management initiativesLead and participate in project teams to deliver business solutions, including project planning, execution, and monitoringDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgetsEnsure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycleIdentify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as neededMonitor and report on project progress and resultsDevelop and maintain expertise in business solutioning tools and methodologiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve business solutionsMentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements
