We are currently seeking experienced Aluminium Fabricators to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Sockburn, Christchurch.

This is a great opportunity for someone with aluminium fabrication experience who is looking for consistent hours, a long-term position and the opportunity to work as part of an established team.

About the Role

You will be working in a factory environment carrying out a range of aluminium fabrication and assembly work. The role will involve working from drawings and specifications to produce high-quality finished products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Aluminium fabrication and assembly

• Cutting, measuring and preparing aluminium

• Reading and working from drawings

• Using hand and power tools

• Ensuring finished products meet quality standards

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Working efficiently as part of a production team

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous aluminium fabrication experience

• Can confidently measure, cut and fabricate aluminium

• Can read and understand basic technical drawings

• Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work

• Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic

• Can work independently as well as part of a team

• Has a good understanding of workshop health and safety
