GU Chat is looking for a fast-moving, results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to accelerate our mobile app growth.
We want someone who leverages AI, moves quickly, tests aggressively, and delivers measurable results — not someone who takes months to execute traditional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs

• Lower CAC: Reduce cost per app download while scaling acquisition.

• Increase Conversions: Turn more downloads into active, engaged users.

• Improve User Quality: Attract high-retention, high-value users.

• AI-Driven Execution: Use AI tools to accelerate creative production, campaign testing, and optimisation.

• Rapid Results: Launch, test, and optimise campaigns within days, not months.

• Performance Marketing: Manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in mobile app growth and performance marketing.

• Strong knowledge of CAC, CPI, conversion rates, retention, and ROAS.

• Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and automation.

• Fast, independent, analytical, and highly results-oriented.

• A track record of reducing acquisition costs and improving conversions.
