We're looking for an MSP sales hunter.

Automation Associates is growing our Managed IT and MSP business and we're looking for a sales professional who knows how to open doors, win new business and build long-term client relationships.

This is a true new-business role. You'll build your own pipeline, hunt for opportunities and develop the clients you win into long-term MSP partnerships.

What you'll be doing

  • Outbound prospecting, cold calling and targeted door knocking.

  • Directly approaching strategically targeted businesses.

  • Working our existing client and prospect database for new opportunities.

  • Networking and building referral relationships.

  • Meeting with business owners and decision-makers.

  • Developing MSP solutions and taking opportunities through to close.

  • Growing the relationships and revenue from the clients you win.

  • Working with our technical, service and operations teams to deliver the right solution.

What we're looking for

You will have 2+ years' experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally within MSP, IT or technology, and a proven track record of winning new business.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is a genuine hunter who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch.

  • Is confident cold calling and approaching businesses directly.

  • Can engage with business owners and senior decision-makers.

  • Understands MSP and managed IT solutions, or can quickly learn them.

  • Is commercially driven, self-motivated and resilient.

  • Can take an opportunity from first contact through to close.

  • Builds strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Can work independently while being part of a wider team.
