This is a dedicated clinical role focusing entirely on chairside support, patient care, and high-standard surgery maintenance.
Key responsibilities
Providing high-quality chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques during a variety of clinical procedures.
Preparing, cleaning, and sterilizing surgical instruments in strict compliance with NZDA standards.
Setting up and breaking down surgeries efficiently between patients.
Ensuring accurate clinical tracking and patient charting using EXACT software.
Maintaining immaculate infection control and clinical hygiene protocols across all surgeries.
About you
Minimum 1–2 years of experience working as a chairside dental assistant.
Proven proficiency with EXACT dental software and strong competency in infection control protocols.
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a naturally empathetic manner with patients.
A reliable team player who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Legal right to work in New Zealand.
