Festive Season Announcement: 50c/hr Wage Increase for MHE Operators!
We’re rewarding our MHE operators this Christmas. Join as MHE Operator during the festive season November & December 2026 and receive an extra 50 cents per hour.

About the Role
We are looking for experienced and reliable MHE Operators to join a busy warehouse and distribution environment. You will safely and efficiently operate Reach Truck, Stock picker (Man-up), Pallet Rider and Forklift Counterbalance equipment to move, pick, and prepare goods, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate MHE equipment, including any of the following:

  • Reach Truck

  • Forklift Counterbalance

  • Stock Picker (Man-Up)

  • Pallet Rider / Electric Pallet Jack,

Including

  • Perform carton picking and general warehouse duties

  • Load, unload, and safely move goods throughout the warehouse

  • Operate Reach Trucks in double-deep racking and high-level storage areas

  • Pick, stage, and prepare stock for dispatch within required timeframes

  • Use RF scanning systems accurately and efficiently

  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets

  • Ensure all goods are always handled safely and accurately

About You

  • At least 1 year of experience operating MHE equipment’s

  • Valid NZ licences and/or relevant certifications for the equipment you operate

  • Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience

  • Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

  • Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including carton picking

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high work standards

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Flexible and available to work rotating shifts, including morning, day, and afternoon shifts, and early starts when required

  • Must be a New Zealand Citizen, Resident, or eligible to work in New Zealand
