Job Summary
The Director of Teaching and Innovation provides leadership for faculty development, instructional design, course quality, instructional accessibility, learning technologies, and teaching innovation across Tuskegee University. Reporting to the Executive Director of TU Global Campus, the Director leads initiatives that strengthen teaching and learning across instructional modalities and support the effective use of Canvas and other instructional technologies. The Director oversees the design, development, quality, and continuous improvement of online courses offered through TU Global campus and coordinates faculty training and instructional support for both online and campus-based instruction. Working collaboratively with academic colleges and schools, faculty, Information Technology, and other university partners, the Director ensures faculty have the training, resources. and instructional support necessary to deliver high-quality, accessible learning experiences.
