Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in HR systems and HR reporting. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Extensive knowledge of relational database principles, data extraction, data integration and reporting tools. Proficiency in SQL , Microsoft Access, and advanced Excel required. Expertise with business intelligence/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Demonstrated understanding of HR processes including full employee lifecycle process mapping. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail. Ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education. Prior experience with Ellucian Banner, Workday, or comparable HR/payroll system. Experience supporting HR system implementations or upgrades. Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory compliance in a university or public sector environment.
