Plan and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring people, equipment and resources are effectively utilised to meet production schedules. Champion Health & Safety, GMP and quality standards across all production activities.
Identify and implement practical improvements to minimise downtime, reduce waste and improve production efficiency.
Partner with Planning, Engineering and Quality to resolve production challenges, maintain quality standards and support new product introductions.
About You
You're a practical, people-focused leader who takes pride in running a safe, efficient and quality-focused production operation. Experience leading production teams within an FMCG, food, cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
Experience working within GMP or other quality-regulated manufacturing environments.
Sound understanding of production processes, machinery and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges.
