- Commercial lending, banking, or finance experience OR a strong sales background within machinery, civil, transport, or commercial property industries

- Professional communication skills and strong commercial awareness
- Commitment, resilience, and a genuine desire to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Meeting with businesses to understand their financial goals and requirements

- Managing the lending process from enquiry through to settlement
- Developing and growing long-term client relationships
- Generating new business opportunities and building referral networks
