We're currently hiring HHAs and Caregivers for multiple client assignments throughout Westside Cleveland.

Available Employment Types:

Morning Shifts
Afternoon / Evening Shifts
Overnight Shifts
2-8 Hour and 12-Hour Shifts
Weekday and Weekend Opportunities

Location Requirement: Must be willing and able to work throughout Westside Cleveland and surrounding areas.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a BrightStar Care caregiver, you'll provide personalized assistance to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Your responsibilities include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
Providing mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support
Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
Offering companionship and emotional support
Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities when needed
Observing and reporting changes in client condition to the care team
Following individualized care plans and agency protocols

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred
HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while following client care plans
Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
