We're on the lookout for a hardworking Labourer to join a busy engineering workshop, supporting a team of skilled welders and engineers.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things tidy, and is keen to learn from experienced tradespeople. No engineering experience is required — just a good attitude and a willingness to get stuck in!

What will you be doing?

• Assisting welders and engineers with general workshop duties

• Cleaning up work areas and keeping the workshop tidy and organised

• Sweeping floors and removing scrap materials and general waste

• Moving materials and equipment around the workshop as required

• Helping keep workspaces clear, safe, and free from hazards

• Providing general support to the wider workshop team

• Following workplace health and safety procedures

What are we looking for?

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work

• Happy to carry out cleaning and general labouring duties

• Someone who takes pride in their work and keeps things tidy

• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

• Previous labouring or workshop experience is an advantage, but not essential
