About the Role

NxtWave is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven AI Production Intern to generate high-quality AI videos in bulk using our in-house AI video generation tool. The role involves following provided scripts, approved prompts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate, visually consistent videos are delivered within daily deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Video Generation: Generate videos in bulk using the scripts, approved prompts, and methods provided by the team.

  • Quality Assurance: Review every video before submission to ensure script accuracy, correct on-screen text, names, numbers, and overall visual quality.

  • Visual Consistency: Maintain consistency in characters, colours, style, and format across videos, following brand guidelines.

  • SOP Compliance: Follow the prescribed workflow and video production guidelines without skipping steps.

  • Rework Management: Address feedback, correct errors, and resubmit videos within the same working day.

  • Daily Target Achievement: Complete and submit assigned video production targets within the stipulated timelines while maintaining quality.

  • Tracking & Documentation: Update daily trackers and save, organise, and name video files correctly in shared folders.

  • Issue Reporting: Report tool errors, generation failures, and prompt-related issues to the team lead promptly.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, and file management.

  • Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and repetitive workflows consistently.

  • Good time management, speed, and accuracy while handling high-volume tasks.

  • Willingness to learn AI video generation tools and apply feedback quickly.

  • Ownership, accountability, problem-solving, and clear communication.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company tools, prompts, and internal processes.

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve 100% of the assigned daily video production target on time.

  • Ensure every video is reviewed before submission, with zero known errors.

  • Maintain at least 90% first-pass approval without rework.

  • Complete all rework requests within the same working day.

  • Learn the tool and SOP within the first two weeks and work independently from the third week.
