The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Summer Maintenance Assistant to work with our Maintenance Lead and Operations team. From keeping our spaces looking fresh and new to helping the teams with repairs, you’ll play a vital role in making sure residents, staff, and visitors feel at home the moment they walk through our doors.

Every day will bring variety – from painting a room or small repairs, to lending a hand in exciting improvement projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

·        Painting and refurbishing rooms or common areas.

·        Being that second set of hands for the Maintenance Lead or Household team

·        Bringing our facility improvement projects to life.

About You

·        You have experience with interior painting and DIY.

·        You adhere to health & safety compliance.

·        You’re practical, resourceful, and able to work unsupervised.

·        You’re a great team player and well organised.

·        You have attention to detail and work quickly but cleanly.

·        Above all, you bring maturity, care, and pride in the work you do.
