Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Site Engineer to join our project delivery team in the Hunter Region.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer, you will play an important role in the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects across the Hunter Region.
The role will see you supporting project delivery through planning, coordination, quality, subcontractor management and day-to-day engineering activities while developing your experience across a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects.
This role will suit someone looking to continue building their career and gain exposure across all aspects of project delivery within a growing civil contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of project packages and daily engineering activities.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
Assist with planning, programming and project reporting.
Monitor quality, productivity and project performance.
Support procurement, cost tracking and contract administration activities.
Contribute to safe and efficient project delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in a Site Engineer or Project Engineer role within civil construction.
A qualification in Civil Engineering.
An understanding of subcontractor coordination and project delivery.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
A willingness to learn, take ownership and contribute to project outcomes.
A practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Experience across roads, utilities, renewable energy, substations, data centres or commercial civil projects will be highly regarded.
