We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Service Transition Specialist to support the delivery, transition and ongoing improvement of end-user technology services.
You’ll work across service transition, operational readiness, governance, documentation, reporting and BAU support, helping ensure new and changed services land successfully into operations.
Working across a diverse end-user device environment, you’ll partner with technical, security, operational and vendor teams to improve processes, manage service requirements and support effective service delivery.

* Strong stakeholder, customer and vendor management skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
