We are a high‑volume, fast‑paced café and restaurant. Your vital function is to keep service moving smoothly under pressure while delivering accurate, friendly and consistent guest experiences—every shift.

What This Looks Like Day to Day (Vital Priorities)

• Deliver fast, accurate table service and POS transactions during busy rushes

• Prepare and serve barista coffee and drinks at speed, without cutting corners

• Stay calm, focused and organised during peak pressure periods

• Know the menu and allergens so decisions are quick and confident

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and flow—even when it’s flat out

• Support the team to keep service tight and guests moving happily
