About the role
We’re looking for motivated professionals to join our growing Avondale based phone collections team. In this role, you’ll work with customers to understand their financial situations and set them up on realistic, manageable repayment plans.
What you'll be doing
Speaking with our customers over the phone to set up and monitor repayment plans and following up when payments stop or default.
Making sure all the records and systems are kept in line with our Code of Conduct.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanour.
What we're looking for
Availability to work onsite at our Avondale office Mondays to Fridays 1130am-8pm.
A proactive, results-driven self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in managing sensitive and challenging customer conversations, balancing empathy with a firm, solutions-focused approach.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess financial situations and negotiate realistic, sustainable repayment arrangements.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed collection KPIs.
