We're looking for an experienced Data Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of two major data initiatives which includes: implementation of a AML/ CFT Transaction monitoring platform and delivery of a new Snowflake-based data platform through an external implementation partner.

This role is focused on delivery leadership, vendor management, and ensuring data solutions are fit for purpose. It's ideal for someone who understands data platforms, integrations, and data design, without needing to be hands-on with development.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead two high-profile data initiatives and play a key role in delivering critical business and regulatory outcomes. Ideally, you will have experience working in funds management, KiwiSaver, wealth management, or financial services.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery across both projects.
• Manage implementation partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Own requirements, data mapping, testing, data validation, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Review solution designs and data integrations, ensuring quality and business alignment.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Provide oversight and challenge vendor deliverables where required.
