About the Role
We are looking for a detail-focused Quality Representative to join our Napier team on a 6 month fixed-term basis, starting ASAP. There is potential for extension, and as our team continues to grow, the right person may have the opportunity to move into a permanent role.
This is a hands-on quality role where you will review and release compounded pharmaceuticals, support GMP compliance, and work closely with both Quality and Production teams to ensure the highest standards are maintained every day.
This role would suit someone from pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, laboratory, or other highly regulated environments who enjoys structured processes, accuracy, and continuous improvement. It’s also a great opportunity for someone looking to step into or deepen their experience in a pharmaceutical GMP setting.
Key Responsibilities
Review production documentation and perform final product release
Support GMP and quality compliance across production
Participate in investigations, deviations, and change controls
Review and maintain SOPs and controlled documents
Complete second checks on incoming goods and reprocessed products
Support continuous improvement within the Quality Management System
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in GMP or other regulated manufacturing environments
Strong attention to detail and confidence working within structured processes
Good communication and teamwork skills
Solid computer literacy and documentation capability
A proactive mindset and commitment to quality
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Availability to start ASAP and commit to the full fixed term
