The position ensures the achievement of budgeted revenue, profit and customer growth goals. The role manages approximately 10

delivery routes staffed by a team of 22 associates. The outputs are executing exceptional delivery service and on target results within

the financial budgets set up by the company. The role through the route team ensures the effective delivery of the Company’s

products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and retention which generates sales and profits for the Company. The

position must analyse and monitor route activities and results, develop and implement alternative plans as needed, measure and

monitor revenue & profitability levels, take corrective action as required, evaluate the market for opportunities to grow revenue. The

role must also provide training, coaching and developing direct reports; encourage and provide environment for their career growth

including but not limited to customer retention, protection of company assets and safe work practices
