Duties:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the business.
- Deliver accurate financial reports and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive monthly, weekly, and long-term financial forecasting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, revenue performance, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with business leaders to support planning, budgeting, and commercial initiatives.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team while driving continuous process improvement.
- Ensure strong financial governance, controls, and compliance across all FP&A activities.
Education and experience:
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
- Over 12 years of financial experience, with more than 5 years in FP&A.
- FMCG or manufacturing industry experience is essential
- SAP experience is preferred
