From earthworks and drainage to subdivisions and general civil construction, no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping projects running safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating excavators across a variety of civil construction projects
- Completing trenching, bulk earthworks, truck loading, and final trim work
- Assisting with drainage installations and working safely around underground services
- Attitude to work with the team on the ground when needed
- Proven experience
- WTR endorsements is a must
- Ability to interpret site plans and work with laser levels. GPS experience desirable.
- A strong commitment to health and safety on site
- A reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to get involved wherever needed
