Job Title: Certified Clinical Assistant

Job Summary:
The Certified Clinical Assistant is responsible for providing patient care, managing medical records, assisting with medical office tasks, and utilizing medical terminology in the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care and Medical Record Keeping skills
• Ability to work effectively in a medical team setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in clinical tasks

Seeking experienced clinical assistant to work closely with our home-based population.  Seeking individual with experience and knowledge of palliative care, hospice, transitional care management, and medication reconciliation.  The ideal candidate is able to multi-task, critically think, and communicate effectively and timely with providers and patients. 

Qualifications:

• Clinical/Medical Assistant Certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED
