About the role
Paper Plane Kitchen makes frozen and chilled ready meals for supermarkets nationwide, alongside our own brands Keto Chef and JUK. We're looking for a Production Chef to join our kitchen team.

What you'll do

• Cook large batch proteins, sauces and sides to set recipes and method sheets

• Follow the daily production plan and hit batch deadlines

• Complete temperature, cooling and traceability records accurately

• Keep your area clean, organised and audit ready

• Support new product trials when needed

About you

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen; high volume or production experience a plus

• Solid food safety knowledge: HACCP, cooling, allergens

• Consistent, accurate and comfortable working to a recipe every time

• Reliable, early starts are no problem
