Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medicines as per doctor’s prescription

• Check prescriptions for accuracy and safety

• Counsel patients on dosage, usage, and precautions (in simple terms)

• Maintain proper storage of medicines as per guidelines

• Keep records of medicines, stock, and expiry dates

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff when required

• Handle billing and basic pharmacy software (if applicable)

Skills & Requirements:

• Good knowledge of medicines and pharmacy practices

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in shifts (if required)

Education & License:

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm

• Registered Pharmacist with State Pharmacy Council
