As the Grooming Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring all rental vehicles are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the grooming team, including scheduling
Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and inspected according to company standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised grooming area.
Provide training and support to new and existing team members.
Address customer inquiries, monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies
Support the team with grooming when necessary
What will you bring?
Proven experience in vehicle grooming or detailing.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
