We are seeking a skilled Mobile Crushing and Screening Operator to join our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the plant runs to standard, managing material flow, and performing essential maintenance to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Operation: Proficiently operate mobile crushing and screening plants (e.g., Terex, Finlay).

• Material Management: Feed materials using an Excavator and Front-End Loader and remove finished products.

• Maintenance: Conduct daily toolbox meetings and pre-start inspections, lubricate machinery.

• Quality & Safety: Monitor product grades, maintain accurate production logs, and adhere to strict safety protocols.

• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean site, including hosing and shovelling around belts.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Operating mobile crushing plants and loaders preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

• Tickets: Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and White Card (Construction Induction) are essential.

• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

• Physical Fitness: Capability to perform manual tasks in outdoor quarry environments.

• Compliance: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
