About the role
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will work closely with dealership teams, manufacturer brands and the wider marketing team to plan, develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives for your own portfolio of dealerships across the Central North Island.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, and based in Newmarket, you’ll build strong relationships with your dealership teams, owning brand, customer journey, point of sale and digital touchpoints. You’ll understand the priorities and translate these into marketing activity that supports their sales and service objectives.
You’ll get across all elements of the marketing mix, from digital advertising, website content and social media through to promotional campaigns, activations and in-dealership marketing. You'll also monitor campaign performance, using insights to understand what's working and where improvements can be made.
About you
You'll bring well-rounded skills across digital, campaigns and promotions. You're a self-starter who enjoys working with people, building great relationships and getting things done. With around five years' experience in marketing, you’re confident managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
Digitally savvy and comfortable with hands-on campaign delivery, you're also organised and methodical in your approach, with a good eye for detail. Experience within a fast-paced retail or multi-site environment would be ideal.
You're naturally curious, enjoy learning and love the variety that comes with working across different brands and marketing activities.
Most importantly, it's your positive attitude, your drive to grow and your willingness to pitch in that will see you succeed.
