Role Summary:
The Project Manager within OSF Digital is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and services to clients, delivering projects to a high standard, keeping scope under control and exceeding client expectations. This role involves managing project delivery teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving project management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project delivery teams, setting clear goals, timelines, and expectations for project performance.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
Implement project management best practices and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Ensure clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's project delivery processes and standards.
Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong background in managing complex projects across various technologies and platforms.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
