Job Title: PHARM
Location: Tuba City, Arizona
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $65 - $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Tuba City, Arizona. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PHARM:
• Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients across neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and obstetric populations
• Ensure a consistent level of pharmacy service in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Work rotational shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Pursue career advancement opportunities through tier levels from Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist based on pharmacy experience
• Serve as a clinical pharmacist providing direct clinical pharmacy services at the Advanced Practice Pharmacist level
• Oversee and manage all specialized pharmacy-based clinics at the Advanced Practice Pharmacist II level
• Provide ongoing analysis of clinical services to develop programs that reflect the highest quality of care
• Administer policies and procedures and direct programs and activities in alignment with organizational mission, vision, and values
• Serve as Clinic Manager of Operations at designated satellite clinic(s)
• Provide technical and administrative supervision to professional and non-professional staff including Advanced Practice Pharmacist I, Staff Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, and Pharmacy Billers
• Maintain a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States or the District of Columbia
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification throughout employment
• Complete required orientation and compliance documentation as required
